Table Tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a sport in which two or four-player compete against each other. It is a simple game which needs dexterous skills. The game requires flexibility, manoeuvrability, racket control, agility and stamina to perform. This game gives an extra edge to young people on their flexibility, eye movement, and decision making the match.
